The Company and Insolvency Law Society (COINS) is a non-profit organisation, whose members consist of the leading company, restructuring and insolvency professionals in Hong Kong. COINS serves as a platform for exchange of views on the development and practice of company and insolvency law. COINS' members meet regularly to discuss pending legislation, law reform, and practice issues.
